<<< How To >>> This file provides information on how to perform some mundane tasks in UltraDB. <<< Small Missiles >>> Produce the "small" missiles. (Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Ship/Anti-Ground/Anti-Orbital) - These missiles CANNOT be produced by Cities. They can only be produced by a Missile Factory. - Missile Factories can only be constructed by Engineers on Clear or Desert terrain. They take 12 turns to complete. - Once built, Missile Factories can then produce these 4 different missiles. (VA, VS, VG - 6 turns; VO - 12 turns) Retrieve "small" missiles from a Missile Factory. - Only Engineers, Weapons Trucks, Trucks and Supply Trains can move into a Missile Factory, load up small missiles, and carry them out. - The small missiles can be directly transferred to one of these units in the "Tree View" pane. - An Engineer, Weapons Truck or Truck must first build a Missile Carriage: Small (QS) before they can carry any small missiles. - This missile carriage only takes 1 turn to produce. - These units MUST be out in open ground to make this missile carriage. They CANNOT be inside a City or any other unit/structure. Load "small" missiles onto a Destroyer, Light Cruiser, or Cruiser. - These ships CANNOT directly carry any of the small missiles, BUT they CAN carry a Missile Carriage: Small (QS) - These ships can produce a Missile Carriage: Small (QS) in 1 turn if they are UN-HOSTED. (out in open terrain) - A fast way to load these ships with small missiles from an Engineer, Weapons Truck or Truck: - Transfer the land units Missile Carriage: Small that is loaded with missiles onto one of these ships in the "Tree View" pane. (Make sure there aren't more missiles on the carriage than the ship can carry.) - Sail the ship out to sea! (The added complexity of these missile carriages is necessary to prevent the small missiles from being able to land on units and in structures like airplanes once they've been launched.) <<<>>>
